This is fraud my truck has never been to the dealership in months. I called yesterday to see why I received an invoice, I was informed It was for a Manuel. I do not know a Manuel. I realize this dealer is not a Toyota dealer but they had a used vehicle that was a trade-in, which I understand would not be perfect but they didn’t even change the oil.
