Using cars. com i was able to find the exact vehicle my wife wanted. Made a phone call to Northshore Toyota and spoke with Eric. We agreed on a price and within minutes Eric texted me an agreement to purchase breaking down the final cost of the vehicle. That evening my wife and I drove over from Texas, spent the night and arrived at the dealership the next morning. Before we even got to the dealership Eric had the car detailed, full of gas and paperwork in a folder ready for me to sign. There were no dealer added fees, no games just exactly what was on the purchase agreement. We were headed back to Texas in no time. Absolutely the quickest car I ever purchased with no deceptive practices in any way. If there is a way for Northshore improve service I can't imagine what it is. More
Pulled riding on a spare, needed a oil change and price possible change on a flat I had in the back of the car. Asked for a price on the replacement tire before anything was done with it. Waited 4.5 hrs with No communication on what was going on. Then when it was done was expected to pay almost $500 for one tire and oil change. Wasn’t made aware of piece before installed and wasn’t informed of any price match possibility, was just told yeah sorry that’s the price. Then on top of it all after pissing me off and paying, I open the back and they didn’t even put the spare back under the car. Just threw it in the back of the car. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer and car service ever. I did like coming here for service until what happened today. I won’t ever be going back and know they don’t care either. Just hope they don’t rip anyone else off. Plus the service manager doesn’t return calls. More
