Dustin sold us a $52,000 vehicle and when we specifically asked if the wheels were different on the Limited versus the Platinum we were told the only difference was the color. The wheels on the Limited are P asked if the wheels were different on the Limited versus the Platinum we were told the only difference was the color. The wheels on the Limited are PLASTIC fused onto alloy. They are a clad/laminated wheel that cannot be repaired. The sales manager Michael said he had no idea Toyota even made those kind of wheels. The Service Manager thought SAP on my car was damage and tried to use that as an argument about the wheels on my vehicle. The customer service rep George and the Service Manager were nothing but rude and defensive. The sales rep was non responsive. This dealership will not divulge the owner's name or the General Manager's email address or direct line. That says a lot. I also witnessed an older gentleman yelling at a service advisor on my way out. Clearly this dealership cares ZERO about customer service. More

Couldn’t ask for nicer group of people when I purchased my vehicle. It wasn’t a new vehicle but that didn’t matter. I was treated as though I was buying a brand new vehicle.
