Very unprofessional. I have been looking for a new car for a few months now. I have been emailing Dustin G. I asked about a price on a new Corolla Hatchback. The demeanor I have been looking for a new car for a few months now. I have been emailing Dustin G. I asked about a price on a new Corolla Hatchback. The demeanor of his text was very rude. He quoted me a price and when I told him what I found during my research about this particular car, He told me I should go and buy the cheaper price car. Well you won't ever have to worry about me buying anything from you or my family who was interested in the Toyota Sienna for their family or anyone else I can dissuade from purchasing anything from you. I did not purchase my vehicle here, but bring it here for service, I recently had a software upgrade recall, called dealer ship and made appointment to bring in. Was told it would take 5-6 hours so dropped service, I recently had a software upgrade recall, called dealer ship and made appointment to bring in. Was told it would take 5-6 hours so dropped it off at 7:00am. Called at 2:30pm to check on progress and was told it was not ready and I would be called when it was ready. I live 30 minutes from the deealer and traffic at that time of day starts getting bad so I decided to have my wife drop me off and wait there since we were past 7 hours anyway. Arrived at dealer and was asked by pre service desk what I needed, told person I was waiting on my car service and asked of the status, he went to another service desk and asked of the status, the service person looked at me and told me that he told me he would call when it was ready. I told him that it was rediculous that it take that long for the update, he told me it could possibly take till tomorrw (which I had not been made aware of) then he told me if I wanted he could give my care back to me right now and I could go. I said I would wait a while longer being I had that much time invested already. I then went to the parts department to see if the air filters for the hybrid batteries were available. I had requested some about three weeks earlier and they told me they were out of stock and that no one had ever requested one as it was rare to change them, at that time I forgot about it thinking I could get a third party filter or order from Toyota, but I couldn't, it is a dealer item and even Toyota will refer you to a dealer to order it. So I asked to order it and let me know when it comes in. I find it negligent on this dealer or Toyota for not having the required maintenance parts required for the vehicles they are selling, and disapointed in a staff that has no clue of the logistics some of their customers have to manover through to get serviced.
