Kendall is great service provider, she is knowledgeable of the services being provided and why they are necessary. She shows compassion in her work compared to other service providers. I had a bad experience couple months ago with Stephanie she was rude and making me feel bad when getting service done, and this was shared with Kendall about my experience. If I were to recommend or suggest anyone to get their service done, I would suggest Kendall, she is the ONLY REASON I return to Northridge Toyota Service. The only down part is the cost of the services, its very expensive! More
