Shortly after my first service the supposed California drought hit, but that is long behind us and this dealership refuses to honor their promise. Additionally, it should not take two hours to get an oil change, especially with an appointment, but this dealership sits on your car unnecessarily, even on very slow days. I made the mistake of purchasing my third Toyota from this dealership, but never again would I give them my business. More
