Very Poor Customer Service Bought brand new Jeep in 6/2018 and heater stopped, Northpoint has no care to fix the problem and I had to fight to get a loaner car. Dishonest Dealership & service department I have been a loyal Customer with Northpoint since 2010, Buying several new vehicles as well as referrals resulting in a few sales, this all changed w I have been a loyal Customer with Northpoint since 2010, Buying several new vehicles as well as referrals resulting in a few sales, this all changed when sales manager Charlie Gallant told Me I was no longer welcome at Northpoint. This year We were looking into the purchase of a second Vehicle and filled out paperwork & credit application where We were told the Credit union refused to Finance Us, I was shocked as My Credit is excellent, So We purchased a Second Vehicle a week later at a different Dealership and approved. A week afterwards I Received a Letter from the Credit Union stating that they were NOT refusing to Finance Us but that Northpoint's Sales Manager Charlie Gallant was trying to get them to Finance an amount that was Not in our "Best interest" because the Loan amount was over $20,000 more than what was needed for the full purchase price including finance charges! I went Back to Northpoint and Confronted Charlie Gallant who became Angry and stated " Our dealership is here to make money not lose it, We over the past 4 deals with you have lost money so I was trying to recoup what we have lost" My reply back to Charlie Gallant was that This was the most Dishonest thing I have ever experienced and that I would never purchase a Vehicle from Northpoint again. Charlie Gallant then used vulgar language in front of my daughter and swore at Me and told Me i was no longer welcome at their Dealership. This attitude also carried into the service department where i was refused quality service. More
