The sales process was wonderful. Ordering parts and getting WARRANTY work done is HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered side steps and splash guards. I was told three days. I waited almost two weeks and after not hearing from them, I called another dealer and in three days those items were installed and for over $500 cheaper! My radio needs a software upgrade and my left rear door needs to be refit. They have an xxxxxxx named Jason in service who does not care about the customer AT ALL. I drove from my home in Sterling Heights to the dealer just for him to TOTALLY IGNORE ME WHILE HE WAS ON A PERSONAL CALL. My salesman had the appointment set up and everything, but because I told him what is wrong with my BRAND NEW VEHICLE, HE GOT AN ATTITUDE. I WORK IN THE DEALER PREP DEPARTMENT AT AN FCA PLANT…FOR 26 YEARS…I KNOW CARS!!! Will not return to this dealership for sales or service!!! They know Jason is problem and will not do anything about him or follow up with the customer. More
