He Kept me to up to date on what was being fixed, how much my payment would be, and how much time they needed to complete the repairs. I picked my vehicle up and Justin told me to relax for a few moments, my car was ready but they wanted wash it before Releasing it back to me. Mind you, I haven’t had to have my vehicle serviced there in 2 years, that was first time a representative had my car washed before I left. It’s the small things that really count because it shows your focus is on making your customer happy. I got In my car and fell back in love with it! It rides like a champ!!! I spent thousands of dollars on my repairs when I received my car back after almost a month later it wasn’t riding right at all and my check engine light was still on they claimed nothing was wrong i received my car back after almost a month later it wasn’t riding right at all and my check engine light was still on they claimed nothing was wrong it was just a sensor…..until it wouldn’t accelerate then all of a sudden I didn’t have ANY TRANS FLUID and the forgot my condenser then I received my car back with no wiper blades and still leaking fluids their response was they didn’t know what happened to my wipers and to monitor the leak (that’s what I paid them for to get rid of the leak) didn’t even offer to replace them until I showed up and acted an xxx….. Females beware I thought taking my car to the dealership would be a trusted source it was everything but I will be getting my car inspected elsewhere to make sure the work they claimed to have done was actually done…… Ain’t no way …..if I couldn’t given this dealership a negative 10 I would…. When I first received my car I gave them an excellent review I take it all back ……they smile in your face take you money and half xxx repair your car while charging you top dollar More
