They got me in and out as fast as they could. Did a great job but I still felt a tad bit rushed, and I wish I never went. I say seemingly based off of a judgement of age, not service. A case that could also be, due to the time in which I arrived at the shop, them knowing the deal wouldn’t be complete in the time left in their work day. Although the agent went above and beyond in trying to close the sell, a lot of the supposedly hidden displeasure was shown clearly in the agents demeanor, at times throughout the sell. There were times I felt embarrassed and left hanging, unfamiliar with the process of buying a car. I felt like prey and just wanted to escape. I think I’ll be doing online from here on out. At least they clearly show you things like, scratches you may have missed or imperfections in the interior. Here, if you don’t catch it. It’s on you. Also the options seemed extremely limited. More
