Beware of Quick Lube. Went there this morning at 8:15 am..no line up so got in right away. They offered me breakfast so I accepted that then went inside the dealership t Went there this morning at 8:15 am..no line up so got in right away. They offered me breakfast so I accepted that then went inside the dealership to wait…came back 45 min later to see if they were done…they hadn’t started yet and my truck was angle parked so they could get other vehicles by??? I asked the attendant if they were putting vehicles in front of me for some reason?? She said no, but I was skeptical based on the way the truck was parked and the fact that there was only 1 vehicle in front of me when I got into the bay. She said it would be at least another 45 min to get my “quick” lube done…needless to say I had another appointment so had to leave…thanks for the waste of time! More

Service is ok when the work is completed. I came in for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. The brakes were done. I had to ask if they did the oil change because they didn’t replace the win I came in for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. The brakes were done.
