Car service On March 6th, Northland Dealership for an oil change. I spoke with Jonathan who inspected my vehicle. Beyond poor rating I wouldn’t give any stars out of 5 I was shopping around and decided to proceed with this dealership, spending just over 2 hours there Thursday, month end. The next day in the morning s I was shopping around and decided to proceed with this dealership, spending just over 2 hours there Thursday, month end. The next day in the morning salesman John confirmed with me sign and drive, 3 hours later now the prices changed and deal was off the table. The manager Mike and salesman John were careless about customer service. I cannot even describe the unfortunate experience i had at this dealership! They mislead me, took back their word, and were completely unprofessional! I still cannot phantom how they handled everything. More
