The good: it appears they fixed the car. I had two issues when I took it in: an engine knock and a heated seat that wasn't working. The rest: 1. They took way too long. I asked when I made the appointment if they would diagnose it that day because they would need to order parts, and I needed it back in 3 days. They confirmed again when I dropped it off. Yet they didn't order parts for 3 days, and therefore took 2 more days to fix it. When I went to pick it up I started it but it ran super rough with a big red warning message flashing. I brought the service manager out and they had to keep it two more days to fix it that issue. 2. Very poor communication. Their first contact after I dropped it off was a text on day 4 (1 day after I said I needed it back) saying they had ordered the part. When I went to pick it up the first time, the cashier handed me a receipt with nothing to show the work they did. When I asked for something in writing she said she'd have to get it from the service manager and walked out. I followed. She walked up to an office, came out after a minute and walked straight back to the cashier office without saying a word to me. I was forced to hunt down the paper work myself. The service manager handed it to me and started to walk away without explaining what the engine noise was from and how they fixed it. More
