Service department was terrible! I brought my NEW Durango truck in for service on Tuesday, November 3rd for leaking antifreeze. I was told there were no loaner cars then, which was fine. When I called to check on it later that day, I was told no one could look at it until Friday. On Friday, November 6, truck was not looked at and there was no approximate time given. I picked up the truck and was told they would call me for a loaner the following. week. It has now been another week, no one from the service department contacted me.
