In the garage they seem to overbook customers. I was told to bring my car in on a certain day at a certain time and when I get their at my appointed time I was told it would take a few days for them to even to bring my car in on a certain day at a certain time and when I get their at my appointed time I was told it would take a few days for them to even get around to check out my sunroof to see why it was making noise. Why make an appointment? I left it there over night, picked it up the next day and I took my 2019 Jeep to another Dealer, same day service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Northland Chrysler Jeep. More
