This ghetto dealership I would not recommend my dog to take the worst car to this dealership. Ron in service has a nasty attitude and rude. Harry our sales person was exceptional. That is the only positive thing I can say about this dealership. Beyond that, management at Northland demonstrated every negative stereotype of car sales you can thin positive thing I can say about this dealership. Beyond that, management at Northland demonstrated every negative stereotype of car sales you can think of: poor customer service, half truths, outright lies, excessive waiting...All smiles, of course, but they essentially ‘hid’ several thousand dollars of costs associated with our deal knowing we’d find out after the deal was closed. This was the gratitude we received after leasing 2 vehicles from them. Again, Harry was very professional, but I strongly recommend not using this dealership. More
