I like to support this location but every time I come oil changes take over an hour. This last time i was told that I had a severe oil leak however there is no hole in my oil tank and if they had honestly lo changes take over an hour. This last time i was told that I had a severe oil leak however there is no hole in my oil tank and if they had honestly looked at it they would be able to accurately tell me that it wasn’t from the oil. Even if they didn’t know where it came from. It was actually spilled antifreeze but if I’m at a dealership I would expect that the least to happen is for an accurate diagnosis. as a customer I am relying on the techs to tell me the accurate info so I can properly spend my money.
