The service person was at Northlland was professional and courteous. I had a 10:00am appointment and got started right on time. Although the mechanic finally got my car up and running, My advisor (Charles) was not truthful. My car complaint was the car died, battery and all each time. But the advisor entered complete nonsense like; My advisor (Charles) was not truthful. My car complaint was the car died, battery and all each time. But the advisor entered complete nonsense like; car won't go into gear, or loss of dash lights. I'm well aware of the ramifications having different complaints. I do not appreciate such dishonesty. Luckily, the warranty company has the correct complaints on file. More

Horrible experience! Would never recommend or return! First, vehicle went to get a few recalls completed. After speaking with someone in service, was told to pull in and then I ended up speaki return! First, vehicle went to get a few recalls completed. After speaking with someone in service, was told to pull in and then I ended up speaking to an entirely new person who “checked me in” (mind you, absolutely no write up or signature required, they just take your vehicle away). After explaining what needed to be done, I said that they had the vehicle all day (dropped off at 9am) so no big rush. The guy, George I think as he was the one that sent the “Hi, let me know if you need anything while your vehicle is here” text, said “No problem! I’ll give you a call later today and let you know”. Okay, no problem.... that is until about 7:00p when I had yet to hear from anyone... called the shop, no answer. Called the sales team, she informed me that the service center closed at 6p! No one called me and informed me that they were keeping my vehicle!! Wt...????? I called in the morning and was told that they weren’t sure and that the manager needed to speak to the technician working on it and they would call me back.... by 2:00p I had not received a return call. I decided to call them, found out that there was nothing done to the vehicle and it would be another 5 days before the parts would be available. I told them how unhappy I was and that I would be coming back to pick up my vehicle and did not want them to do any work (explaining all the above as to why I made this decision). My husband decided to go into the service center to pickup the keys and he stated they were acting totally strange like something had happened or something... “very odd behavior, fumbling over their words when they gave him the keys and said “we told her it would be 2-3days” - which mind you is BS!! My husband was leaving for over a week! Had they told me that it would take that long, I would not have left the vehicle as he was leaving the following day! I would have been without a vehicle, with a small child, in a pandemic FOR OVER A WEEK!?!? Seriously!?! Additionally, had I left it, they would have had it over a weekend (which would have been Thursday-Monday before they got the parts then an additional day or two for the work!?). Anyways, looks like there are some scratches and missing hooks in the cargo area that I didn’t notice before but it’s not like I would ever want to deal with these people ever again so I guess I’m the one that gets screwed. Worst! Absolutely the worst!!! More
