They did a great job but very disappointed in the lack of communication. I called and made an appointment for a recall. I was informed that it would take about 1 to 2 hours to run the software. Call about 5 communication. I called and made an appointment for a recall. I was informed that it would take about 1 to 2 hours to run the software. Call about 5 hours later was informed that it wasn’t ready as of yet which was 2 hours before closing. No one ever called. I called the next morning and was informed that they were about to start on my car. Why did I make a 10 o’clock appointment. Why not tell me when I called that it wasn’t even started on. Disappointed with the lack of respect for my time and the lack of communication there of. More
