Service dept. Over 2 hours to fix nail in tire. Told to come at 2. Had to complain after waiting over 1 1/2 hours. Finally got tire repaired in 10 minutes. 10 minute job and I had to wait 2 hours. From my first call to walking out the door, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness.
