Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

My service at Northland was pretty good. My jeep was in there for 3 weeks which is likely not their fault as they had to go through warranty. I was given a rental for 2 weeks, though I had to get a persona there for 3 weeks which is likely not their fault as they had to go through warranty. I was given a rental for 2 weeks, though I had to get a personal rental for the other week and spent $300. They did comp me a $100 good will deductible but I but I still had to pay for a $100 battery deductible when the reason I needed another battery was because of the radio failure after a mandatory software update.
