The facility was clean, the employees were kind but communication was lacking. I brought my vehicle in June 18th and was told it would be serviced on 21st however it wasn't seen until the 24th and tha communication was lacking. Another 4 or 5 days went bye without a diagnosis and I had to call for that. I was frustrated about how many voice-mails I left with no one responding until Jason got involved.
