I’m very dissatisfied with the service at this place. They are slow to respond to calls, give a lot of double talk and overcharge. For an $8.00 fuse, I ended up paying over $500 dollars. They kept my car for 9 days and 3 weeks later the fuse went out again. When you ask to speak to a manager you continue to get voicemail and the secretary will ask who’s calling, seemingly so they can screen for the managers. I specifically asked them to trace and fix the problem because a fuse kept going out that prevented me from starting my car. They said they did a diagnostic check and found that when the fuse was replaced the car would start. But 3 weeks later I’m stuck on the roadside needing a tow. Apparently they did not fix the root cause of the problem like I asked, but they quickly took my $500 dollars. Now I’m inconvenienced again. Being a senior, a heart patient and a diabetic, being without my car means I can’t get my medicine, make my doctor appointments or get my medication. If I take my car elsewhere, they will say they are not responsible and get around you that way. I’m thinking of getting an attorney because what they are doing is shady and immoral. I’m on limited income and they’ve literally “taken” $500 from me without compensatory services. I’m thinking of also reporting the matter to the state of Michigan and the Better Business Bureau as well. You would think that the dealership that you originally purchased your car from would be able to fix it or be honest enough to tell you if they couldn’t. I’m thinking of starting a campaign against this place for how at least some customers like me are treated. It’s just not right. More
