I recently had my car serviced for a tire that kept losing pressure. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and to determine how long it will possibly take so I can plan my workday. I made an appointment for 130 and I arrive for my appointments 15 minutes early. After about an hour and a half the service clerk told me that I needed a new tire and I asked about how long would it take to replace the tire as I am in the middle of a workday he told me 20 minutes. An hour and a half later I walked up to the service clerk to find out how much longer and he told me they was just getting to my vehicle. So needless to say I was there for over three hours for ONE tire replacement. I really patronize this location as it is convenient and was once a great place for service. It was just a lack of communication and consideration for my time. I could’ve had a courtesy ride home Had I known it would take a long time for ONE tire replacement. More
