Even though i had to schedule an appointment for an oil change/rotation. I was able to get in the same day, i called for an appointment, i arrived long before my scheduled time, and was in and out in a tim change/rotation. Fantastic. On my 3rd Grand Cherokee from Northland, and all the folks over there are like family now, great service, great people. The display and interior have been re-designed and its just fantastic. Drives like buttah through 12'' of snow (which we just got here in Michigan). If you can, for your sake, make a Jeep happen. If you live in an area similar to ours, where you've got 4-6 months of possible snow, it'll make your life so much easier. I got tired of getting stuck and/or having to shovel my way UP my driveway.
