Great until my brakes locked up I bought a used Vibe two weeks ago, and was initially very impressed with the folks at Northland. I was thrilled to find a dealership where I felt comfortable, and left thinking that I would recommend them to anyone. 5 days (and less than 200 miles) later my brakes locked up. I called multiple times trying to get a hold of someone, and only after I left a message on a line that was being recorded, did I receive a call back. They took down my info, and assured me that I would hear from someone that could help me the next day. I have not heard from anyone else. The biggest disappointment for me is how quickly they went from friendly and caring, to seemingly completely indifferent. Unfortunately, I will not be back and will not be recommending them to anyone. More
