A good experience I do not like car shopping. This time, even though I was almost in a must buy situation I feel I was treated well. I was shopping last fall in New Jer I do not like car shopping. I was shopping last fall in New Jersey and none of the dealers were willing to find what I wanted, they all kept telling me what they thought I should have which was something they were trying to get off their lot and more expensive. Thank you and your team for respecting my wishes and finding a vehicle I wanted. I hope you find a home for my Sonoma, it was a great little truck and still has some good years left, though maybe not the long drives I do. More

Bait and Switch Worst car purchase experience ever! Told the sales person there were a few things we wanted done on the 2015 car we wanted to buy: detail clean the c Worst car purchase experience ever! Told the sales person there were a few things we wanted done on the 2015 car we wanted to buy: detail clean the car inside and out, get rid of the pet smell, buff the scratches on the car, fix the seat panel that fell off the passenger side seat, and fix the damage on the lift gate in back. She assured us all these things would be done "no problem" and then told us if we went home to clean our current car out, we'd be moved to the back of the line for financing. We'd already spent most of our day there so we didn't want to wait even more...thinking that in good faith she'd get these details done. The next day when we brought the car back for the issues we pointed out, all of a sudden she doesn't recall us both telling her about the damage on the lift gate. My husband also asked her to show us how to use the backup camera. What camera? He showed her on the car window sticker that it said back up camera....well, that's one thing they had to make good on since it was in writing. Their "fix" to the damage on the tail gate was to put more paint on it to "cover" it up - which tells me they are the one's that did that the first time to attempt to hid the damage. While our car was in their possession getting the said camera ordered and installed, some one hit the car (it looked like some one drove it into a yellow pole). So we had to wait even longer to get the car back while they repaired that damage - yet they couldn't fix the lift gate at the same time as promised by Amanda. Car was NOT detailed. Our son has allergies and we explained how important it was to us that the car be detailed since we didn't know what was on the seats. They did run ozone through the system so the odor in the vents was gone. And they did fix the seat. Apparently their idea of buffing the scratches is to put some type of matching paint on the car so it looks good until you wash the car. We washed it last night and all the scratches we thought they took care of came back. One final thing, watch the prices online versus in the lot. After we signed for the car, an online ad popped up showing the price at over 1000 less than what they "did" for us. WORST car purchase ever. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. They simple don't care once you have signed the paperwork. More

Great until my brakes locked up I bought a used Vibe two weeks ago, and was initially very impressed with the folks at Northland. They were friendly, helpful, not pushy at all, and even went above and beyond with a couple of things. I was thrilled to find a dealership where I felt comfortable, and left thinking that I would recommend them to anyone. 5 days (and less than 200 miles) later my brakes locked up. I called multiple times trying to get a hold of someone, and only after I left a message on a line that was being recorded, did I receive a call back. They took down my info, and assured me that I would hear from someone that could help me the next day. I have not heard from anyone else. The biggest disappointment for me is how quickly they went from friendly and caring, to seemingly completely indifferent. Unfortunately, I will not be back and will not be recommending them to anyone. More

Heck, I kept half the staff there 2 hours past close the other night and not once did I catch the vibe that the staff that was there wanted to leave soon despite having every right to feel that way.
