Northland is Awesome! I’ve been looking for a new truck for about a year now and found one I thought I’d be interested in. I had contacted a salesman named Rob and he jumpe I’ve been looking for a new truck for about a year now and found one I thought I’d be interested in. I had contacted a salesman named Rob and he jumped right on it, answered all my questions as soon as possible and extremely professional. I was going back and forth on wether or not I should pull the trigger on this vehicle and I wasn’t pushed, most places really try to get you to buy with out thinking or asking to many questions but that wasn’t the case. About two weeks later Rob emailed me and let me know it was still there and they dropped the price to make space for new inventory so I decided to go test drive it. I loved everything about the truck and was thrilled it was still available. Steve is the finance guy and he did absolutely everything he could to get me the best deal possible. They were there to help me find a vehicle instead of making a sale and it showed. Two great guys that I will do business with in the future and highly recommend you to do the same! More

Awesome Service Department I was from out of town and the check engine light suddenly came on in my car. The Duluth Chevrolet dealer was aware I was from out of town, but would I was from out of town and the check engine light suddenly came on in my car. The Duluth Chevrolet dealer was aware I was from out of town, but would not see me until the following Monday, 5 days later. Northland Chevrolet fit me in that morning. The news was not good. My car was not safe to drive, they didn’t have the needed part in stock, and to make matters worse they didn’t know if they would get a shipment the following day due to the extreme weather conditions. The dealership did not leave me stranded though. They gave me a 2019 vehicle to drive until mine was repaired, free of charge, knowing full well that I was from out of town and I would be racking up the miles. My luck improved, the part arrived the next morning and my car was ready to go by 11:00 a.m. The dealership went above and beyond to get me back on the road. A special thanks to Nicolle and Jackie for making a bad situation tolerable. The staff at Northland Chevrolet are fantastic. You just don’t see customer service like this these days. More
