Eventually it opened, but immediately after buying the car, it came off the track. I had the service department look at it, and they said it would be $1600 to fix. While I appreciated the friendly service, I do think this was a bit deceitful. If I had known that we were having trouble opening it because it was actually broken, I would not have purchased this car. More
