We were greeted by Robert G and starting talking casually about a 2019 Siverado that was in the lot. With the rebate offer and trade of the 2017 Silverado we drove away with the 2019. Robert aloud us to take time and ask many questions before the purchase. We have purchased our last three trucks from Northland Chev; the last two through Robert. He has excellent sales skills and was very pleasant including conversations with our granddaughter as she waited while we did the final paper work. More

One Car? Looking at a lot full of vehicles I was amazed to find out only one car matched my request. I was not encouraged to look around the lot. Instead, I told the salesman I wanted something with AWD...under 10 years old with less than 100,000 miles. The salesman gave my request to some unseen person and I was offered ONE car. Clearly, the one car the dealership wanted me to buy. It did not feel like car shopping; it felt like...we need to get rid of this one car. In the dealers defense, several dealers did this to me. I found it very interesting each dealer had one Chevrolet Equinox they wanted me to buy. I did not like this style of car shopping. As a customer, I should be selecting what I want to buy not some unseen person making decisions for me. More
