Barb was Great We appreciated the how laid back Barb was. I hate when a salesperson says "what can we do to get you in a vehicle today." She did not say this! She We appreciated the how laid back Barb was. I hate when a salesperson says "what can we do to get you in a vehicle today." She did not say this! She gave us time alone to discuss things, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was willing to check on a number of things for us. On the ride along, she didn't try to "sell the truck" while we drove, she just answered the questions we had. She was great. My husband was surprised however that I did not "go off" on a couple of things the manager said. I realize some people need to know the monthly payment on a car, we told Barb, you worry about the cost, we will worry about the payment. When we started discussing "cost" with the manager, he would refer to the payment, these terms are NOT interchangeable. He then suggested we "need to look at an older vehicle". We may be millionaires for all he knows but, it doesn't mean we want to spend it all on a vehicle or even over pay on this vehicle. That was VERY offensive. Barb was so good though, that is why I held back from telling him what my thoughts were. The financing gentleman was very quick, which was good but when discussing the add ons, he was very fast at listing them and when we declined he said "why don't you want them?". Well.... I didn't know what half of them were. It doesn't really matter to me as I don't get the extras but it may matter to someone else. Again, Barb made this a pretty pleasant experience, she came recommended from our neighbor who also had a good experience with her.
