We are not Lincoln owners, my trade-in vehicle was not really something you would find on a Lincoln lot and I would say less than acceptable as a vehicle. They were genuine and sincere. I purchased a 2007 Ford Ranger from Northgate Lincoln that was in excellent condition and actually looks and drives like a new vehicle. I had the opportunity to work closely with Steve Fliehman recently, when I purchased a 2007 Subaru Forester (that is like new!!). There was no haggling back & forth, they bent over backwards to give us the best price for our trade in and to also give us a great deal on the purchase of our brand new MKX. We always shop around when making any major purchase, after we had the quote from Northgate we went to another Lincoln dealer in KY...what a waste of 2 1/2 hours. We went right back to Northgate to seal the deal. They go the extra mile for their customers, even extending the free oil changes to be for the lifetime on the car. When it came to doing the paperwork, everyone was totally prepared, helpful and organized so it took very little of my time and was extremely easy to complete. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience, and I consider myself really lucky to have worked with both men. Also, the woman I worked with regarding taxes and so forth was also helpful and courteous and knew exactly what she was doing....processed me quickly and easily. Cannot say enough good things about the car I ended up with OR the buying experience! A great job! More
