Best Customer Service Ever Saw a car listed on the internet at this dealership. Stopped in and was introduced to Paul Knighten. He had the car brought around and opened all the doors, hood, trunk for me to inspect. He gave me time to look the car over without hovering over me. We went for a test drive and had a great rapport. Paul made the car-buying experience the best I ever encountered. He didn't pressure me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. He also was very patient with my impatient husband. Paul went above and beyond what I expected, even presented my husband with a Ford hat.( My husband kept saying he wanted one). If I'm in need of another car/truck, my first stop will be at Northgate Ford and ask for Paul! More

Unhappy to say the least. Was lied to about the quality of a vehicle after telling them I was 2 hours away and didnt want to waste the time. I would still suggest potential customers avoid working with Andre Singleton. Ask for another sales person for a potentially more honest experience. More
