The Sales Representative, Bill Schehr, was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I liked the fact that Mr. Schehr considered me as a serious buyer over the phone. The price paid for the car, I purchased, was very competitive with similar vehicle price quotes from other Ford Dealers. I live in Southeastern Kentucky and drove to Ohio to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I was very pleased with the overall experience of purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. All staff, that we dealt with, was courteous and friendly.The car was ready, to be picked up, when stated and had a full tank of gas which was great with the price of gas these days. We were first impressed with NG Ford to see a receptionist as soon as we entered the showroom. Then Jason offered to help us. The cooperation received through all the steps was with great ease - financing, the Sync system, etc. Everyone was knowledgable and willing to take all the time that was needed, even though it was closing time. We love our Ford Fusion. We feel we were treated fairly and appreciated the extras we received. Way to go Northgate Ford, Jason Robb and all that work there to make it a great place to deal with. Your showroom is beautiful also. Thank you for everything. More
I had been to another ford dealer earlier in the day, one that we have used a few times before, but I was not satisfied with what they offered us on this day, We left there and went to Northgate Ford, Greg S that we have used a few times before, but I was not satisfied with what they offered us on this day, We left there and went to Northgate Ford, Greg Suchanke offered to help us and did, we were extremely satisfied with their offer, they had really LISTENED to us and what we wanted, so when we left there we had bought a new fusion. The lady that did our finance was very helpful and explained everything to us in detail, our over all experience was wonderful and in the future I will go to Greg and Northgate Ford. They also have a beautiful showroom! More
Most of the automobiles that I have purchased in my lifetime have been Fords. My last five Vehicles have been Ford products. As I have indicated, the reason I bought my car from Northgate Ford was du lifetime have been Fords. My last five Vehicles have been Ford products. As I have indicated, the reason I bought my car from Northgate Ford was due to the excellent salesmanship shown by Kurt Hume. As you know by now I just didn't " fall off of the peddler wagon" yesterday and possess some knowledge of what good salesman ship entails. As an example: I ask a salesman one time whether or not the Ranger pickup truck had front wheel drive. His reply was I'm sure they do. Any one knows the answer to that for a truck. Another time I ask a salesman at a Ford dealership if he knew where the oil filter was on the car. He said " Beats Me!". Mr. Hume showed that he does his " homework". In addition to being able to answer all pertinent infprmation concerning the Escape, he showed great courtesy, personality, warmth, humor and patience during our discussion. He did not show the " high pressure" approach that has characterized the old time " flashy" car salesman. Kurt gives real dignity in automobile salesmanship as a profession and not a " flimflam" job. He knows that the public aren't all " patsys". He seems to know that when a customer is going to let go of a " fistfull" of hard earned cash, that an honest xx free approach sells cars. The two individuals, who I wish I could name, that dealt with electronic controls and the Ford financing were also excellent. The new complete Northgate Ford Dealership is really, really nice. At this point in my ownership of our new Escape, I am very satisfied. I'm sure my feelings will continue. More
We came in to NG Ford looking for a new Ford Edge. Mike appeared right out of the building as soon as we came into the parking lot and immediately led us over to his desk, where we began to discuss what we appeared right out of the building as soon as we came into the parking lot and immediately led us over to his desk, where we began to discuss what we wanted in a new car. There was no 'salesman pressure' to get an old demo car off the lot; Mike recommended certain things based on our desires from the crossover. Mike was eager to listen to us, and eager to please. He seemed content that we weren't ready to buy on our first day out shopping, and made it clear that he appreciated our business, even if he wasn't getting it that first day. We would return a few days later, with our dream car built, independent price quotes in hand and after some discussion and searching across the Midwest, Mike found our Edge and was able to give us a price that was fair. Perhaps the only suggestion that we can offer to NG Ford is to slow the pace at which delivery occurs. We came in to pick up the car, then we were whisked on a journey through the various departments of the dealership, each very friendly and helpful, but overall we felt rushed trying to make important decisions about warranties and things like ValuGard. We would have preferred it to be explained maybe after we settled on a price, rather than the day we take delivery. However, this did not have enough of an impact to ruin our experience in the least. More

Hard to imagine? Not at all, particularly if you visit Northgate Ford next time you decide to purchase a car. I know I will be buying more cars from them in the future. More

Jason was great and extremely accommodating with visits and communication that worked with my time and scheduling needs. He was knowledgeable and resourceful with questions. Jason was personable and friendly, even keeping the attention of two 6 year old's while the necessities were being taken care of. The Sync department complimented the process and made setting up the system easy. Since the sale, the service has has not stopped. Glenn in the service department and Jason have gone above and beyond to make sure things are functioning properly, even going so far as to check on how the vehicle performed during our vacation drive.
