I went to Northgate Ford & another dealer in the area just to scope out buying a new car. Michael Gerrein was very friendly & helpful. I like the car; the price was right. When I bought the car, they had it washed & filled up the tank for me. I wasn't expecting that. Overall, it was a very good experience. Thank you. More

Previous to moving to Ohio, we had dealt with the same Ford dealer in Georgia for 20 years. I chose Northgate Ford to service our two Fords as they were the closest. They have provided excellent service the past few years. The service department staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and HONEST. When I decided to get a new Explorer, Ed Welsh welcomed us, answered our questions, and helped us make a very satisfactory purchase. I highly recommend Northgate Ford for their excellent service before, during, and after the sale. More

I am a Ford person, for over 2 months I dealt with other Ford Dealers, they were convenient closer to my job. They were so unprofessional that I was ready to change Makes of car. I know they were just doin Ford Dealers, they were convenient closer to my job. They were so unprofessional that I was ready to change Makes of car. I know they were just doing their job high pressure sales but I told them what I wanted without all the hassels, no games, just the bottom line best deal they had to offer, time was very important to me. I will not share how I was treated. I decided to give Northgate a try, best move I ever made, I was treated with such courtesy, the dealership was beautiful, the people were smiles, nice and friendly, my salesperson Jerry Stewart actually walked me through step by step each function of the car, I was amazed. He did not smell like day old booze. He was very respectful and courteous, very knowledgeable about the new focus, encouraged me to just get acquainted with the car, said he would guarantee me the best deal possible and he did, for I had been researching for over two months and he did give me the best deal. I am satisfied and will and have recomended him to several family members, church members, even co workers. Due to the service I received from Jerry, Northgate Ford is now my new Ford Home. More
Before coming to this Ford dealership I had delt with 2 others (not Ford) dealerships and I was not comfortable with the way they handled things. They both pressured me to buy a vehical that I did not want others (not Ford) dealerships and I was not comfortable with the way they handled things. They both pressured me to buy a vehical that I did not want, they would not work with me on the monthly payments, kept me there for almost 5 hours, then they were nasty when I told them that I did not want the vehical. Dealing with Ed Welsh and Natalie Wagoner (Finance Manger) was like a breath of fresh air, they were friendly, kind, listened to what I had to say, what I wanted and the next thing I knew I had a new car. I look forward to comming back when it's time for oil changes, etc....and when I get a new phone will be in to hook it up to the Sync that is installed in the vehical. I want to thank both these guys very much for everything they did to make it possible for me to get my new Focus. I LOVE IT!!!! Wendy S. Taylor More
I think this is the fourth Ford I've purchased from Tom Cox and every one has been a pleasant experience. As far as my latest purchase, my 2013 Escape, I was an easy sell. I knew that the Escape was the ca Cox and every one has been a pleasant experience. As far as my latest purchase, my 2013 Escape, I was an easy sell. I knew that the Escape was the car I wanted the only question was could I find one with the options I wanted. Northgate Ford had a tremendous inventory of Escapes to chose from and I was able to find the one I wanted right away. Tom had it all written up and ready to go, a black one the one I told him I wanted, before I signed the paperwork Tom mentioned that they did have a white one on the showroom floor, that was the one I originally wanted but did not see it out on the lot the night before. It was no problem for Tom to start the process over again and prepare my white Escape for delivery. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that went through all of the paperwork with me but she was the best. It's usually an uncomfortable experience when it comes to sitting down and doing the financial side when purchasing a vehicle but she made it a pleasure and was very well trained in going through all of the warranty options. I did purchase an extended warranty for my new Escape I found it really easy to find the one I wanted with her assistance. Years ago I think it was the responsibility of the sales person to go over with and familiarize the customer with all of the features and technology in their new car. I'm not saying Tom couldn't do it but Adeline Ingersoll is really a natural at it. She was able to explain all of the technology in my new Escape and believe me there is a lot of technology in the Escape. She was able to explain it to an old man like me in no time at all and in terms I could understand. She is really good at what she does. Overall I would describe my latest experience with Northgate Ford as excellent and I would and will encourage my friends and associates to experience Northgate Ford for themselves. Dan Kroeger More
