We had a great experience 3 years ago when we leased the car and another great experience when we decided to buy the car at lease end. I’ve had my fill of “snake-in-the-grass” salespeople at other car dealerships. You will not have that problem at Northgate Ford. More

He and Mike made the process enjoyable. A couple of hours later I was driving my awesome truck home...I love my new truck!! More

Service Department SUCKS!!! I took my car for a recall repair - dropped it off the night so the repair would be done on my day off as I was told it was 1/2 day job. I had planned I took my car for a recall repair - dropped it off the night so the repair would be done on my day off as I was told it was 1/2 day job. I had planned on picking my car up later in the afternoon. I called SEVEN times to check on the status- NO ONE ever answered and after leaving two messages, I never got a call back. I finally called the sales manager at 5:45 as I needed my car for work the next day and asked him to walk over to the service dept to see if I could pick up my call. He called at 6, said the service techs were gone and no car. I was not offered a loaner car or shuttle. I now have to pay an Uber to take me to work, I have to leave work early and get an Uber to take me to Northgate Ford if my car is ever ready. Crappy crappy service!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. Jamie H More

I am in the market for another new car as I just paid my other off. Tried to schedule a simple oil change. On my first attempt, I was disconnected. I tried again. A male told me the earliest they could schedule me was Nov. 26 and then he hung up on me. I tried to complain via their chat media and was told to "Have a wonderful day." I don't know if it is under new management or what but I will NEVER do business with this place again. Beware if you want anything from this place. More

Best Car Buying Experience I despise buying vehicles. It takes so much time to find a vehicle and then the paperwork and wait time to complete the transaction turns it into an I despise buying vehicles. It takes so much time to find a vehicle and then the paperwork and wait time to complete the transaction turns it into an all day affair. Not at Northgate! Andre Singleton was a dream salesman! My 18 year old son was the buyer - he works full time and has saved all his earnings to purchase his second vehicle. Andre spoke directly with my son about the vehicle and even pointed out a chip in the windshield that we had yet to notice. Andre was honest, patient, efficient (he was working our deal and other at the same time but never was the wait very long), and we felt well taken care of throughout the process. Did I mention efficient?! We were in and out in only a few hours - not the long day I had figured we'd have. Thanks Andre! It was a pleasure doing business with you! More
