My great experience. I am a repeat customer @ Northgate Ford. I purchased a 2006 Ford Focus in 2005 & have been extremely happy with it. My husband purchased a 2007 Mazd I am a repeat customer @ Northgate Ford. I purchased a 2006 Ford Focus in 2005 & have been extremely happy with it. My husband purchased a 2007 Mazda 6 a few years ago & he also has been extremely happy with it. Andre was the sales consultant that helped my husband & we loved him. He went above & beyond to make sure he got what he wanted & @ the price he could afford. I was ready to move up to an SUV & I wanted Andre to be the one to help me & of course he made it happen. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. Paul was also involved in my decision. He assisted me in reviewing what they had in stock because when I arrived @ the dealership, Andre was out on a test drive. With the help of both of them, I was able to purchase the car that I wanted & I am extremely happy with it. I would highly recommend Andre & Paul to any one. More

What a great dealership! I previously leased a 2013 Ford F150 from a local Cincinnati Ford dealership. I tried to give them my repeat business but wasn't treated with the respect I had hoped to earn. I then drove down the highway to Northgate Ford and was met with the utmost respect and help in leasing another F150. Mike Gerrin and Gene Mullins couldn't have been more help! They didn't have a vehicle that suited my needs but located a truck in Cleveland, Ohio. They didn't hesitate to contact that dealership and get it back to town. They met my every wish in a new vehicle! Traded wheels and tires and added running boards. The deal was quick, easy and most of all done in a pleasant and friendly manner. I would definitely advise friends and family to visit this Ford dealership for future Ford purchases. Hands down, one of the best car buying experiences of my life. Thanks!!!! More

Mr. Knighten was both patient and helpful during our struggling with chemo and radiation, he waited until I had the time to get back to searching for the car, and he was a great help. Not many sales people will stick with you when you are having difficult times. Mr. Knighten was a real treasure, and I have never said that about any other car sales people and this is my 70th car that I've owned in my lifetime and hopefully not the last. He even came in on his day off to complete my purchase. I thank him very much for remaining in touch throughout our struggles. More
