Watch the price swapping for trade ins I purchased a new Explorer fro NG Ford and show a valve they were going to give me for my trade in. Since I had also told the sales manger what I budg I purchased a new Explorer fro NG Ford and show a valve they were going to give me for my trade in. Since I had also told the sales manger what I budgeting for monthly payments, she decide to rip me off a little more than $800 on my trade in. This was by showing me a monthly payment within my budget and she was able to do so by lowering my trade in value without mentioning it. If you do buy from them, watch the paperwork, they are dishonest and will do nothing to correct it after it was brought to their attention. I also had to deal with the service department and it was I very pleasant experience. I am looking forward to talking my new car there for oil changes and any other service that is needed. I am hoping the service dept is the true representation of NG Ford, not the sales dept. More
