Northgate Ford, however, was a breath of fresh air. Their ads were honest and up front about how they reach a certain price, and, at least for the car I bought, the price was fantastic. No bait and switch, no fine print, no excuses why they couldn't give me that price. I worked with Andre to find the right combination of incentives and financing in a way that felt more like we were working together to find the right deal, rather than fighting to not get swindled. Andre really is a testament to the profession and a genuinely good human being to boot. This isn't some fluff review, it's just a legitimately happy customer. More

My wife was taking our 2012 Explorer on a long trip w our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter so we had Northgate's service department inspect it for any issues, change oil, check brakes, charging etc. They found a marginal battery and replaced it w a competitively priced replacement. The trip was over 2,800 miles of trouble free driving. We really like how they review our options after diagnosis, let us know if a repair needs to be completed immediately of if it can ride until the next service. More

I have went to other dealerships before and have never had this type of service I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting ripped off. Hassle-Free Buying with A++ Customer Service Yesterday we traveled 4 hours to Cincinnati, Ohio to look at a couple new F250 Crew Cab's that I located on the Ford.com website. After being trapped Yesterday we traveled 4 hours to Cincinnati, Ohio to look at a couple new F250 Crew Cab's that I located on the Ford.com website. After being trapped and lied to at another dealership we stopped at the new Northgate Ford Truck Center. Our sales rep, Rod Stancliff greeted us and immediately made us feel right at home. While my husband test drove the vehicle I was able to relax in their lounge and feed our baby. Unlike the previous dealership, Northgate was very clean, the sales reps had their own cubicles, provided us with complimentary coffee/water, and had a sink in the lounge that I could use to wash the baby bottles from our long trip. I was surprised there was even a changing table in the restroom. When my husband returned, Northgate was quick to look at and test drive our trade in. Within a few minutes we knew exactly how much they could give for our trade. My husband and I were impressed with how fair they were. Rod has thorough knowledge of Ford trucks and answered all of our questions. He knew exactly how much the rebates and incentives were, unlike the other dealership that I had to educate what was advertised on Ford.com website. We never felt pressured. Within a few minutes the deal was complete. While the dealership washed our new truck, we quickly made friends with the other sales consultants and sales manager.
