Rod and Janet were great, Ken not so much. Can't say enough about Rod and his willingness to serve his customers in the sales process. Janet during the finance process was excellent as well. Ken who is the manager however is not too friendly and seems to be more of a dictator with not only his employees but also his customers. Truck was not the cleanest upon pickup but wasn't too bad, nothing that I couldn't take care of with some quick detailer when I got home. Overall, good experience so far! More

Showed us what we wanted to see and did not try to push anything else on us . Gave me a copy of the deal we were working out and we went home to crunch numbers and did not hassle us in any way . Unusual for most car salesmen . He went over all the equipment on truck when I picked up .Very professional and down to earth gentleman .pleasure working with him. More

Started good, but poor follow through. My purchase experience at Northgate was pretty great. Paul was friendly and helped me get the car I wanted at a great price. The car was dirty when I went to test drive, which was frustrating from a first-impression standpoint, and although they cleaned it before I drove it home, there were several spots where I still found grime. Nonetheless, Paul was very nice to work with and wasn't pushy at all. 3 weeks after I purchased my Escape, the check engine light came on. I took it to Autozone to have it tested, and after getting their answer, I called Northgate to ask if they would cover the repairs since I had purchased only a few weeks previous. I called Paul and left a message AND I called the service department to leave a message. I waited several days to hear back and only spoke to Paul after I called him again. Paul connected me with Jeff in the service department and I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in. Both assured me that I would be taken care of since it was a new purchase. When I got to my appointment, I was told that they had assumed they would do the repair in house, but when they checked (which should have been done prior to my appointment, not after I drove all the way out there), the service manager said another location would have to do it and we would have to come back at another time. I really wanted the service experience to be as pleasant as the purchase experience, but they definitely dropped the ball. More

He was easy to deal with and answered all our questions. Matters that needed attention on the car (dings & scratches) were taken care of in a timely manner. It was enjoyable working with Paul and we would recommend him to other people~!! Ashley Grohoske was very knowledgeable and moved the "financial" end of the deal along in a timely manner. She was very pleasant and helpful~!! More

Our second purchase of a F-150 had a few bumps but due to the willingness to make things right, Northgate has earned our business for life. Jason Robb went over an above to make sure we were happy customers. I know the mistake was a hit to the dealership but it's people like Jason that make people like us loyal customers. I will send anyone our way to Northgate. Thanks for being a trustworthy dealership. It's very hard to find anymore. More
