No pressure buying experience. How it should be. I couldn't be happier with the whole buying experience provided by salesman Paul Knighten. This is where I want to thank Paul Knighten. I spent 4 I couldn't be happier with the whole buying experience provided by salesman Paul Knighten. This is where I want to thank Paul Knighten. I spent 4 weekends going from one dealership to the next. The typical experience, low ball offer on your trade, being ignored or too pushy. I called Northgate Ford and spoke with Paul Knighten. I told him what dealership I was leaving and if they had a truck similar in options and price to the one I just looked at. Paul told me they did and he would be glad to assist. I told Paul I would be in on Monday since they were closing in 30 minutes and I was 25 minutes away. Paul reassured me it was not a problem if I wanted to see the truck that day so I agreed to show up. When I arrived Paul greeted me at the door. He already brought up a similar truck from their truck center down the street. The truck had its hood and all doors open ready for inspection. The truck was a step up in options but had more on rebates and was similarly priced to the one I just looked at. I gave the truck a once over and proceeded to talk numbers with Paul. Within 5 minutes Paul had all the numbers in front of me. They were willing to give me exactly what I was asking on my trade, showed me exact invoice on truck minus all rebates and dealer incentives and all taxes fees. I purchased the truck that night. Paul has been the best salesman I have ever experienced. No pressure, respectful, willingness to help and actually listened to me. This is how business should be done, no games. P.S. Paul pointed out a small crack on the underside of drivers mirror before I looked at truck. I told him this was not worth mentioning because it was so small of a crack. Paul explained to me he takes pride in providing the best buying experience and this is unacceptable. True to his word, in the purchase agreement was written drivers mirror replacement. Paul if you read these THANK YOU for a great experience!!! More

Awsome experience! The not pushy laid back style was right up our ally. We entered the car lot and was able to walk around the lot with out being harassed. Then we went inside and met the nicest gentlemen Ed Welsh. Ed let us drive our choice, told us all about it. Ed was able to answer all of our questions. Best part of the day was working out all the numbers and coming to an agreement with out running our credit first. Ed explained there was not a reason to hit your credit if we couldn't come to terms on a price!! That was fantastic, we have never had this kind of experience with purchasing a car. We would go back to this lot again and I hope that Ed is still available when we do! More
