Amazing experience! Honest, painless, quick! As a first time buyer (from a dealer), I wasn't sure what to expect. And I had no idea what I wanted to get, except that I prefer SUVs. I explained my budget and what my monthly payment had to be, and they gave me upfront guarantees on paper so that I had all the info I needed to compare and make a decision- not a single other dealer did that for me. Northgate was also just very honest, wanted to genuinely help me, and wasn't pushy at all (when there or when I left). I looked at three other dealers and ultimately decided on my 2017 Ford Escape. Sure, it's a great vehicle for an offer I couldn't refuse, but it was also definitely the personalities of everyone I interacted with there. I highly recommend at least giving Northgate Ford a chance- you won't be disappointed! More

New 2016 Ford Edge I went into Northgate Ford not really knowing what I was truly looking for. At first I was thinking maybe a used sports car. After my first visit Northgate wasn't as "pushy" as some of the other dealers I had visited in the area that email/text/call as you as you leave the lot. I made a total of 2-3 visit before finally decided on the car I wanted. The sales person was great. He was with me the whole way, even when I went from a sports car to an suv to a sedan back to an suv. I would recommend to any one to visit Northgate Ford even if you aren't buying a Ford. More
