He informed me the car had been loaned out to a customer that day and would not be back until the next evening. He apologized profusely. We discussed the car and he assured me I would love the vehicle when it was returned. He took care of all the paperwork that day so if I decided to take it the wait would be minimal. I returned 2 days later to see the car and was not disappointed. Andre took care of the whole process with very little effort from me. He is the definition of great customer care. More

The best thing that comforted me right from the start was he wouldn’t even talk numbers until I drove it and knew If I even liked it or not. After driving it I loved it. We sat down and as hard as he tried he couldn’t crunch the numbers to what we needed. So we left. I got a message in a day or two that they were able to come up with something close. Andre and staff did not give up on me. And to my surprise it was better than I expected. Andre was so great I would definitely buy another car from him. Super Easy I pretty much bought my new Flex over the phone. Andre had previously sold me my 2015 Flex and when I saw the 2017 still available on December 27th, I pretty much bought my new Flex over the phone.
