He have gave me several keys to different vehicles and let me look with out feeling pressured at all. After making our selection Jerry took care of gathering all the information efficiently and turned it over to the manager David Hiatt. Our experience with David was also very positive. He was very down to earth during the process and listened to my concerns. He assisted me to get where I needed to be and was very helpful getting me the fullest amounts of rebates available. After we agreed on the deal everything was handed over to Janet Kinder in Finance. Janet was very helpful and thorough with the paper work process. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. After everything was completed we transferred everything to our new truck. Jerry stayed and went over everything in our new vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with its operation. Even though it was well past closing time. Right before we left Jerry found a CD that was accidentally left in our other vehicle and made sure we didn't leave with out it. He went above and beyond to make our experience the best possible. The overall time at Northgate Ford was the best vehicle shopping experience my wife and I have ever had.
