After having an issue at another dealership with their customer service, we walked away and came to Northgate Ford at 6pm on a Wednesday. I knew I wanted a car but wasn't sure if I would be leaving with one the same day. Paul's willingness to help and to educate us on the vehicle we had in mind while juggling another family was above and beyond. He sold us in a non aggressive or pushy manner. We were there pretty late since we did not get the the store to begin looking until after 6. David and Ashley worked late to help close our deal and were both a delight. Paul stayed until after 11pm to show us how all the bells and whistles worked on the vehicle. I am so glad we made the choice yesterday to visit Northgate Ford. This morning I received a nice phone call and email from David letting me know everything was confirmed since it was so late in the evening. I will buy all my cars from Northgate ford in the future! More

I was purchasing a rare used truck via the internet (why I didn't purchase from my dad) and trading an older, nearly exact model, they made it an easy process and were straightforward and honest throughout. They gave me a fair trade offer for my truck via email (pictures and VIN), and didn't waiver or adjust the price after I drove 700+ miles (1 way) to make the deal. Jerry Stewart was my 1st contact, but was off the day I made the long drive to make the purchase. Mike Gerrein handled it in Jerry's absence and set the standard in customer care (even helping me clean out my trade). David Hiatt and Ashley Grohowski handled the price negotiation and paperwork process without a bump. I would highly recommend Northgate Ford to anyone for the purchase of a vehicle - the entire process was simply outstanding and doing business with their entire team was my pleasure. More
