We have worked with both of them. Cheryl did an amazing job when there was an issue with our 2015 purchase that she handled promptly and exceeded our expectations. This time imagine our surprise when we came in to pick up our Escape and Ben came up and said there was an additional Ford Credit of $789 that they were not aware of when we finalized our deal and they would be sending a check to us. We would never have known about that credit. So impressed with their honesty and integrity. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else to purchase our vehicles. More
