Upon delivery we were told when it would be ready for pick up. Arrived and everything was in place for us to turn in the old lease vehicle, get our phones connected to Sync and learn about some of the other features on our new car, sign all the paperwork, and be on our way. Great experience dealing with Chris and Mark, as well as Joe - and of course Tom and Grace Wood! Always get great service from the service department as well on my Mustang. More
