We inquired about a car via email and Dwayne answered the email. That is all he did. He did not give us an answer on my husbands question. So we were out driving that same week and thought we would stop in. email. That is all he did. He did not give us an answer on my husbands question. So we were out driving that same week and thought we would stop in. Johnny (sales rep) met us at the door and showed us around. Johnny was awesome. We decided to purchase the car thru him since he spent a couple hours with us wheeling and dealing. We didn't expect to purchase a vehicle that day so my drivers license were at home and we had to be home to get our daughter for school. Johnny said "no problem, I will get finance to get the paperwork together, get your trade in and info and we will finish up when you come back". Upon our return, Johnny was busy with another customer. This is where it gets ugly. Dwayne (who only answered an email) took over the purchase since he "answerered the email" and felt he should have been talked to when we stopped in originally. Finance did not have our paperwork read, they combed thru our trade in (a dodge caliber) and offered us less than originally agreed upon. I understand, the car had problems that we were unaware of supposedly. Dwayne gave us "numbers" and those changed to what was originally agreed upon when we dealt with Johnny. We understand things change, but when we ask to SEE the numbers and interest rate, we should be given those numbers. Not given the run around. Once we agreed on the payment and trade in offer, things still progressed at a slow rate. The trade in was in my sons name so he had to sign over the title. We got him there quickly because we were told he could sign then leave. He waited 2 hours! Dwayne had asked us about gap insurance. We said we wanted to wait to see if our insurance offered it and could we add it after we found out. He said SURE! No problem. Once finance was ready for us, it was time to sign the paperwork for Gap insurance..The finance guy said we "refused it" and needed to sign saying that. We explained to him that Dwayne said he could wait...The finance guy's response was "no, you have to take it now or leave it". We explained to him that Dwayne said we could wait to which the finance guy says loudly "JESUS!!" and called Dwayne into the office. Of course Dwayne was wrong but he should have known this since he has been selling cars for a very long time. Once it was time to leave with our new purchase, Dwayne seemed to have misplaced the key to the trade in. I watched him put the description card on the key chain. He kept asking me if I had the key. I explained to him what I saw him do and he made me feel like he was accusing me of taking the key. We didn't know if we were finished yet because there was no hand shake or apology for the way the day went. It took us 6 hours to purchase this car. Never in the history of buying a car has it taken this long. While we were close to being finished and waiting on finance papers and several hours of tension, Dwayne handed me this paper with a paragraph stating "Once again I want4ed to thank you for our purchase. I try to reach a goal every month and the number one way for me to do that is by spreading the good news and successful sales stories just like the one that we had. I get rated on a website called dealerratercom. It's a site that rates all dealerships and the salesman that they dealt with. It helps with future sales and also my standing here at the dealership. If you could be so kind to go on the site and reate me at 5 stars across the board I would appreciate it greatly."......Dwayne knew we weren'tt happy and offered us 2 free oil changes so we would give him 5 stars. If you give great customer service, you don't need to bribe customers with oil changes. You earn it. If it wasn't for Johnny getting half of this sale, we would have taken our business elsewhere. We dealt with Johnny and was very happy with him. Dwayne did not need to step in just because he answered an email. My husband called and spoke to the owner of the dealership and he was very kind and understanding. He listened and fixed some issues. So I am not rating the dealership, just Dwayne. My husband was irritated and getting very frustrated and loosing his patience. Never once did he yell, but Dwayne knew he was irritated. At the end of the day, Dwayne should have shook our hands, thanked us for our business and offered something other than 2 free oil changes for a 5 rating. More

My husband and I had a great time purchasing our new car. We will never forget this experience Our salesman, Ian Talbert worked with us and our issues to make it happen. Michael reached out to me via phone and email and even sent me pictures of the upgraded wheels so I could se Wrangler Unlimited I was interested in. I came in that night and test drove two different Wrangler Unlimiteds and ended up purchasing the one I had originally inquired about. We ended up being the last folks to leave the dealership that night but I had the car I wanted and had a good experience. More

They were very helpful. I went in with a list of needs for a new car. They were able to find a car that was right for me and help me with getting approved for the loan. I was greeted by a sales person before I even got out of my car. Because I had already set up an appointment with Dustin he got him right away. While waiting for Dustin to finish the approval process with the bank one of the other staff members talked with me. I asked him a ton of questions about the different Jeeps and he answered each one. This made the decision of what car I wanted easier. I actually got the car for a price cheaper than I had expected. I plan to return the next time I have a need to buy a car and will tell all my friends and family about them. More
