We had a 'do over' and he and sales rep Jen did a great job and sold us the 2019 Pacifica we'd been interested in. It's easy to write a negative review but I wanted to be sure to let everyone know that they did a good job in the end. Some of it was miscommunication and some terminology that has different meaning as a result of the pandemic (like the word 'essential). All in all a good experience and a great vehicle! More

As long as you are clear with them upfront about what you want, they are great. Wife's words were why would we go anywhere else. Total time of test drive - test drive of competitors vehicle and coming back to finish paperwork on their vehicle right at 3 hours. Not bad at all compared to other experiences. More
I walked in with a loan approved by my credit union I decided I would like to purchase the SUV. Rodger said he had to take an application I thought it was for taking ownership of the vehicle. I was given decided I would like to purchase the SUV. Rodger said he had to take an application I thought it was for taking ownership of the vehicle. I was given no further explanation, only to find out Northgate ran my credit , Why??? I already had confirmed financing- I never gave consent to run my credit, which is illegal!!! More

We've had our Durango to two other area dodge dealerships that failed to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. The first in Batavia did $1500+ under mopar warranty and we still had a random knocking noise coming from passenger right front wheel area. Then took it to Lawrenceburg which handled some programming recalls and noted a "rattle" from right front attributing it to the slotted rotors we installed. Random knock was still there. When the AC quit working, we decided to give Northgate a chance. By this point the knocking had worsened and steering wasn't as tight as it was previously. After hearing my troubles and woes, Renae specifically requested Charlie to ride with me to hear the knock. We didn't even have to leave the lot and Charlie said "there it is" before I could even say THAT knock. We circled back into the drop off. Renae asked if Charlie knew the cause whereupon he rattled off 3 different possibilities and said won't know until we get it up. Charlie was off the next day, so I brought it back in first thing Monday. Turned out to be a loose nut which I'm assuming was on the stabilizer. AC required new condenser so had to wait until Tuesday to pick it up which is nothing compared to the 1st dealership that had it almost 3 wks and didn't fix the issue. They aligned it too. 3 yr old Durango RT with sport suspension is handling like a new car again! Finally! We've had the issue over 30k miles!!! All she needed was Charlie and Northgate service center. Wow. Great mechanics seem to be quite scarce these days. BTW that Mopar lifetime warranty is a dream. Am so glad I purchased it. $100 deductible on the important components up to 999,999 miles. Can't beat that anywhere. Thanks, Northgate Dodge!!!!!! More

Horrible work Went to have recalls fixed and they left exposed wires which I could smell burning. Mind you I have a 9 and 3 year old. Went to have recalls fixed and they left exposed wires which I could smell burning. Mind you I have a 9 and 3 year old. More

Rip off scam 4 years ago hired these guys to purchase and install a new hemi motor on my 2003 ram 2500 truck. Paid over 8 thousand dollars and was ecstatic to have 4 years ago hired these guys to purchase and install a new hemi motor on my 2003 ram 2500 truck. Paid over 8 thousand dollars and was ecstatic to have a problem free work truck for years to come. Boy was i wrong at about 30000 miles the new motor had a bad tick coming from lower part of the motor. I immediately had it towed to Northgate Chrysler dodge and was told because oil was present on the exterior of motor they would not honor the 3 year unlimited mile warranty that was given because it was obviously a maintenance issue.I then Had truck towed to an unbiased mechanic and they found it was not oil but transmission fluid from the high pressure line not being correctly installed at the time they supposedly replaced the motor out. I returned to Northgate chrystler dodge after paying another tow bill and they finally agreed to look at the motor and was assured that a brand new replacement motor was in transit to their location that all I had to do was leave a $2000 deposit for the labor and they would replace the motor with another new one. 2 months later truck was ready for pickup again. I was told that my old motor would be shipped back diagnosed and refund would be issued as soon as it was determined that the engine was faulty. I own a fleet of work vehicles and they are all rigorously serviced and maintenance by our own in house mechanic. 18 months ive driven this truck and since day 1 ive noticed an extremely noticeable loss of power that my truck once had but i figured it was all part of the break in on a newer motor. 16 different times the radiator has lost all engine coolant in 18 months and no noticeable explanation other than its leaking out the over flow and boiling off due to every day use. We have monitored this issue since the 1st time it happened. And routinely added water and antifreeze as it some how ran low. Each time it ran low it would show signs of overheating via temperature gauge. So thats how we knew when to add coolant and water. The radiator would consume almost 5 gallons of water and coolant each time but we pressure checked it replaced caps and still where the coolant was going was a mystery. 2 weeks ago the same issue occurred only this time the engine shut down so we pulled it off to side of highway let engine cool as usual. Added the coolant and water and truck still would not start. After disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes checking transmission fluid and oil everything seemed fine we reconnected battery and engine fired up fine but ran extremely rough so we decided to have truck towed to a local mechanic for review. It was them determined because of water now present in oil that the head gasket was blown. I contacted Northgate chrystler dodge again and was told that my new motor only 18 months old had no warranty what so ever and I was basically stuck with whatever had to be done to fix it. So i hired a local mechanic to begin the head gasket replacement he checked the torque on the bolts down to the heads and determined none of them were torqued to spec and the head gasket itself on one side had burned out in 3 different sections of the head. He then diagnosed the rest of the engine and determined that Northgate Chrysler dodge bent one of the pistons during whatever they claimed to do and reassembled the motor not to the specifications called for by manufacturer recommendations. There was rat poop in between the upper intake and he questioned that the motor was ever replaced 18 months ago because the motor looked as if it was the original one installed in 2003. So over 15 thousand dollars in tow bills and parts and labor to replace 3 motors now 2nd one less than 30k miles 3rd less than 18 months old and i am stuck with another motor replacement bill for the 3rd time and nobody at this place has returned my call. I even submitted a written complaint via online after talking to someone in house they assured me that they would email me a copy of the paperwork on the engine replacement and why there is no warranty on the new motor yet 6 days i have not received anything. After written complaint was reviewed I was reassured I would be contacted again 3 days have passed and no such contact. I do not believe my motor was changed at any time now because the shape of the motor the parts on it from top to bottom show no evidence that such work has taken place. Customersl service is surely of no concern to anyone that ive dealt with thus far. As a wounded combat veteran and father of 9 I di not have endless amounts of money to be down a work truck for 3rd time and it is seriously causing not only a hardship on my family but the families of employees that work for my company. Highly disappointed Highly upset Shame on Them More
Your happiness is not their priority Because customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at this dealership .. I will not return. My sales guy did not inform the finance guy (as he Because customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at this dealership .. I will not return. My sales guy did not inform the finance guy (as he said he would) that I had my own tags to put on my new vehicle. I asked the guy in finance to waive the temp tags + fee and let me use my own tags, and he refused. Then brushed it off, as if it were 'no big deal' that I would be paying for something I did not want, nor need, and also have to make an unnecessary trip to a BMV to pay (yet again) for a tag transfer. I was already unhappy the error was made, but to treat it as 'no big deal' is unprofessional and rude. I will also note, it took over 3 hours to buy the car from them, after my decision to buy was made. -Unhappy buyer More
