When it came down to crunching some numbers, I figured I could expect the usual bait and switch technique most places have tried to use on me in the past, since I'm female and look like I'm 12! Haha, but that aside...I was plesantly surprised when they came back with a completely reasonable offer. I didn't feel pressured into the purchase at all, nor did I feel rushed at any point, like I had been there wasing anyones time (as other dealerships have been more than happy to express in the past). Went in to buy used Jeep and ended up with a new Jeep. Dewayne would not tell me what my trade-in value was or the price of the car - only my payment. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I went in just a Joe off the street and left with a brand new car and not once did I feel like I was being pushed around, baited, or any of the negative things you usually hear about when going to purchase a vehicle. The entire sales staff was friendly and professional the entire time I was there. A new car is a serious purchase, and being a first-time buyer I felt that I was treated very well.
